Who can purchase from this store?
This store is exclusively for IIT Hyderabad students, faculty, and staff. Every product listed is curated for our campus community.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse through our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment can be made via UPI or cards through our secure Razorpay gateway.
Where will my order be delivered?
All orders will be delivered within the IIT-H campus. The exact delivery location will be communicated by the respective club or merchandise in-charge.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Since our merch is customized and limited-edition, returns and exchanges are generally not allowed. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll try to assist.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order status from the “Order Tracking” page. Once your order is ready for pickup or delivery, you’ll be notified.
